Charter of the 4th Amendment and Supplementary Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company nagfy August 14, 2014 amending Article 5 of the 3rd Amendment and Supplement Charter on May 24, 2014 as follows: The company’s charter capital is VND 50,400,000,000 (fifty billion, four hundred million Vietnamese dongs). The total charter capital of the company is divided into 5,040,000 shares with par value of VND 10,000 / share.
Pursuant to Point 12.2 Article 12 of the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Da Nang Pharmaceutical – Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company on May 24, 2014; based on the results of issuing shares to pay dividends and issue shares to increase share capital from owners’ equity; Based on the Board Resolution dated August 14, 2014, Pharmaceutical – Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company amended Article 5 of the Company Charter as follows:
